based entirely on speculation, I would say Cloud is being grabbed by Sephiroth -- Zack doesn't seem the type to mind being grabbed, nor do I think he'd apologize for it. Sephiroth wouldn't say "watch where you're grabbing", because he'd say something more stiff and formal. And I don't think Cloud would be doing any grabbing right now, either ^^v
