It's official!

I feel like an actual Animation student ^_______^

Last night was my first long night in the studio (9pm to 1:30am), my first bit of animation (the bouncing ball) and my first bit of line testing! (which is basically taking pictures and then watching them move) It was too much fun and who knew you could get so attached to a silly little bouncing ball! But while it took three re-draws and adding frame upon frame upon frame....I was very pleased with the squash and stretch of my little guy.

If I actually have time after I finish the bowling ball and the balloon, I'm going to change the bouncing ball and make it more complicated. Right now, it's just what I need to pass which is all I need at the moment.

But just think what I'll soon be able to do...

Think of all my mini One Piece comics.....

Now think of them animated ^________^

*bounces*

But now...need to work on a character rotation and some paintings.

That is true ^_____^ They would be cute, but I'm trying to finalize their designs right now, so until that's done, I can't animate them ^^;

Hehehe, though it sounds crazy hard, animated OP comics could be really cool, someday. But I'm glad you are enjoying the Animation class! I'm sure you'll do some amazing things as time goes on. <3

Oh, it'll probably be extremely hard, but so worth it if one day I could pull it off ^___^ So much fun to be had!

Oh man I remember working with a computer program to make a bouncing ball ^_~ no doubt your's is a lot better program now, than what I got to use. I don't even remember what year of school that was in *laughs* I also remember making a rolling bomb, that blew up a wall ^_~

This was all done traditionally with paper and pencil and flipping. The computer was used only at the end to take pictures of all the frames and then show us how they looked....

^____^ Lots of fun though!

ahh glad I got to use the computer ^_~ I have zero artistic skills...can't even draw stick men ^_~

You're a horrible person for taunting me with this. I can't even imagine how long that would take though. @_@ Sanji... moving... OMG *DIES*

Once again, congratualations on your first piece of animation! Good luck on the rest of the assignment. ^^

*looks innocent* I have no idea what you mean. . . .

But thanks! I'm now trying to do a balloon and this looks like it'll be the hardest. . . .

The bouncing kind have such personality ^___^ They become their own little characters, it's just too cool! Hopefully I'll figure out a way to upload them so people can view the silly (simple) little bouncing ball.
