OMG! It's not fanart!

Nope! It's actually a comission for a lady my mom knows. She wanted ladybugs and a fairy... Those of you who saw the photo of my workspace saw a little bit of this. It's still only line-work, will have to colour it later this week, but I thought you guys might want to see.

I kinda like it >_> Still need to fix up a few places and add the fancy border, but all that can be done later.

And the reason for the coloured lines? Well, it's just easier to keep lineart safe that way.

I love the way her dress kind of morphs into lady bugs (and such adorable bugs too), that's so cool :) And her hair is so pretty. And her wings, I think you have a talent with wings/fins/body extensions that are not hands (XD), because they are so pretty!

I'm sure the lady who commissioned it will be really happy!

I love doings wings and fins and frills...but then again I love smooth flowly lines and parts....

I blame my mother. (she's a goldsmith so I was always exposed to long smooth lines in metal)

Wow... that's gorgeous. And coming from someone who is is freaked out by ladybugs, that's something. I might even call yours cute, if I didn't know how -evil- the things were. >>;;

But the faerie is very pretty, especially her hair and the little flowers atop it. I can't wait to see it colored!

I'm not to fond of ladybugs either so I understand.....but these ones are really just pieces of fabric come to life so they're not too to bad...
