(no subject)

My mom was planning to go to Oakville this weekend and my Aunt emailed back and told her to bring me as well. Why? Because she knows Anime North is close and that I am still jobless ((and the goverment is slooooooooooooow and some asshole somewhere out there has stolen my Katsucon check and made things hard for M and that is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL)) and that I need money.

She has an outdoor pond that she taught me how to drain, clean, seal and fill. So I'll be doing that and a LOT of raking this weekend to earn some cash!! Some of you may recall that this is the awesome lady who let me do all the gardening ((and her house and property are HUGE)) so that I could survive during summer at school! She doesn't mind giving money to those willing to put forth the effort and just the fact that she's left this for me and is willing to pay above and beyond what it's actually worth nearly brings me to tears.

Thus, I'll be quiet this weekend and probably sore as hell come Monday but it will be worth it and will be a relief since that will be funds I don't have to take away from Lee or Mom.

I hope I get a table at Anime North.

Oh!!! And I got into both Kempenfest and FanEXPO!!! So the second half of the summer will be much better for me!! And it means I really need to get my ass in gear and get all the new art I have planned done!

This is kind of exciting.

And in other news I am down to 167 pounds and getting toned. *dances* Although, I will be asking the opinions of you guys before I go to Anime North about whether or not I look good in the cosplay I've chosen. Because I know you guys are awesome and honest!
