I hope that these comments are useful -- this story is quite good, and you really touch what I like about Jet and Zuko as a pairing (beyond the EPIC SEX, of course): that the relationship is a compromise that forces each to grow. Jet has to see the Fire Nation as not all-encompassing evil and Zuko has to face his people's legacy and the impact of his own lies. You've done that nicely here, and I hope there are further installments.
Finally, on a purely selfish note, your writing Jet as not quite over his crush on Katara at first made me REALLY REALLY REALLY want Katara to become a bodyguard, too, so that they can be a FIVESOME OF EPIC SEX AND ASS-KICKING. I can hope, right? XD
