Urgh. I had that happen with Katsucon. (I've tried to get tables at four difference conventions and haven't been to one yet!)
Still, I hope this all works out for you, we'll really miss you at Otakon if you can't come - though it will also be completely understandable if you can't. I say good luck to you!
