Oct. 30th, 2010 07:20 pmThe mall did their Halloween Event today!
It included Trick-or-Treat with most of the stores, the Knights were out dueling, there was a mini Zombie walk, a Haunted house, Thriller dancing and face-painting.
Only, the volunteers for face-painting (of which there were 5) did not show up. So, Megs called me up and asked if I would do it and I said yes, so I got to have a LOT of fun painting up faces while dressed up! And at first it was just the little kids (which were so adorable and were so happy to let me play with glitter) but then it was teenagers who wanted designs on their faces.
But only teenage boys. All of which were respectful and really quiet...and all of which were sitting there blushing like mad while I painted.
I guess it's not often they get to sit between the legs of a pirate fairy and have all of her attention focused on them!
All in all, it was an awesome, if tiring, 5 hours and I got a free meal from the mall because I was a volunteer ^____^
And since I was going to show you photos of my outfit today, I figured I'd show you photos from the past two weddings I was at as well!
((and you get to see the pretty make-up I did on myself today as well!))

This was a highschool friends's wedding. I have known both bride and groom since I was 14 and would have never thought them getting married then, but they did and looked beautiful! I felt silly in a dress, but was told I looked quite nice. This was before dad died and one of the pictures I had really wanted to show him...

Right from the hospital (I was on a day pass for my best Friend Meg's wedding, since I was a Bridesmaid) and into the hair salon. The ladies at the salon had too much fun prepping my hair, especially when they found out you can do ANYTHING to it!

The pirate hat HAD to show up at some point >>; And yes, everyone demanded the 'Captain' pose.

Pirate hat simply makes everything cooler...

Professional pics now! Me and a groomsman walking down the aisle. ((Thankfully gloves covered up hospital bands...))

Bride and her Maids!

Maids and Groom!

We are awesome and had parasols instead of bouquets!

Me and the bride at the mall today!

Yeah, we get like that.

The knights are ALWAYS awesome!

And are not something you normally see in this setting...

My make-up! Which was fun to put on this morning! You can't really see the full colour effect, but it's bright blues, purples and green ^^

Although painting with liquid eye-liner is a bitch!

But everyone says I should do my eyes like this more often...
