Anything by Shakespeare is a good place to start with literature. I was also asked to read [i]Frankenstein[/i], which is a phenomenal book that you shouldn't miss out on. [i]Grendal[/i] was good, too, as well as the following books: [i]How To Kill a Mockingbird[/i], [i]Speak[/i], [i]Kissing Doorknobs[/i], [i]Inherit the Wind[/i], and [i]Lord of the Flies[/i] (contrary to popular belief, is a fantastic book). That's a good place to start. *_*
