All three cats were sitting there, intently staring at the stove. It's such a rare sight (they like fighting) that I had to go see.
There is a mouse, sitting calmly just out of reach nibbling on something. He's staring back at them and didn't bother moving quickly when I tried to reach for him. So, either he'll come out where I can grab him and throw him outside, stay hidden away, or else I'll find a dead mouse tomorrow morning.
The last would make me sad because he's kind of adorable. And I think he was munching on a bit of the cookies I made that fell to the floor, so hey, he likes my cooking!
Now back to Fairy Tale.

I wish my camera had batteries.

It was quite adorable. Thankfully mouse made it to freedom in the end, and I think he's mostly okay? He was able to scurry away when I rescued him from Sylvie's mouth and put him outside >>;
