That is awesome, hon. That is how public assistance is SUPPOSED to work. And that's what's frustrating: there's tons of help out there, that people often just can't navigate to get on their own.
Seriously, folks like that are so very, very underappreciated and thus so very, very awesome for when they go the extra mile like that.
