ooooh. That's so pretty, even with flat colours! I especially LOVE the tail--it looks so soft and fluttery and curvy, makes me wanna pet it ^_^ And the little details like her necklace and bracelets make me happy for some reason, lol. I'm a little curious about the white structure in the background...is that a shell/conch?
