Yes, the fish are attracted to the glowing shiny pendant ^___^ And that is a possibility. . . .I never planned to make the pendant glowy...it just happened >_>

Mmmm. ^__^ I love the lighting in this one, the water is so dark, but it's okay because the mermaid has a sort of underwater night light! I love the way the light sweeps out to bathe everything around it. Anyway, the whole thing is very peaceful, and I particularly was attracted to the mermaid's coloring. It puts me in mind of a coral reef or something.
