Well, with sanji the Guardian of Blue Sea, who else would I make Emperor? Wait till you see the other chefs as fish/mermen ^___^ It's too much fun! And although Chopperfish will always fear Zeff, he'll never be eaten because Zeff knows that sanji would kick his ass (or try to) and never speak to him again if he did.
Poor Chopperfish....a loyal little guardian/servant to a pack of Royal underwater chefs.....
