Yes, I am providing another Photo of the next Legend page in progress...

There is a bit more background in this one...well actually, there is a bit more detail over all and you can tell that studying the skeleton is actually helping my drawing ^___^

Can anyone guess what is going on?

Oh, and the critter on my desk...he was a get-well present from my dad and he needs a name....

He's so soft and squishy and almost makes me feel bad for killing off the 'Seaburger' ;___;

Uh...they're swimming and Sanji or Chopper is asking something. (Possibly about the capture or something.) Sanji...."hears" something? And they stop. XD;

I can't wait for the next installment to see how wrong my guess wasfind out what happens. ^^;

I can still see Cloud on the Horse. XD

Well hopefully the page gets done tommorrow so that you can see how close (or how far) you are to the truth ^___^

And yes, Cloud is still on the horse ^_^

I'm so in love with Legend *__* You've no idea. So much love and adoration for you and the marvelous comic you are working so hard on.

See, my sick and twisted side is showing, b/c I would totally name the soft and squishy critter Seaburger.

*snickers* Yeah I can see that as a name for it. And I'm so glad people are in love with Legend. ((and I may have found a printer for it too >_>))

It's a joy to work on...

that's precisely what i was thinking--'why doesn't she just name the thing seaburger?' :D

I think 'Seaburger' is so stuck in my head that I can't think of him as being anything else ^^;

The crab should be named either "Seaburger" or "Mr. Squishykins" XD

From: [identity profile] luco-millian.livejournal.com
Wow, two votes for Seaburger ^____^

Although Squishykins is too cute....

My vote is for Nomnom Squishyburger! Can you tell I read the comments before posting >.> I am already in love with the panel close-up of Sanji's eye. Love. Looks like we're heading topside to get some more on Zoro. Perhaps our merman and doctorfish will get curious and go have a looks-see? XD

*laughs* The names fit so well together, it's almost scary.....

And...well there will be more with Zoro again soon...

Fuuu~ It looks soo cool!!! I *really* can't wait to see the finished version!!

You're sketching the background with pencil as well and then shade it and finish it up on the computer, don't you?

Date: 2007-01-21 09:54 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] hii-chan.livejournal.com
And by the way, I'd vote for "Seaburger" as well ^__^

It seems Seaburger is winning......

But yeah, I draw and then ink by hand and shade on the computer ^___^ i would ink on the computer to (because I adore my pencil sketches) but it takes forever and I don't quite have the control to get the same smooth lines that i get with a pen.

But Seaburger just is the greatest name of that guy ^.~

As good as computers are, nothing beats hand-drawing, it seems.
The page after that one would be the first encounter of Sanji and Zoro, won't it?

Also, I wanted to lt you know that I'm glad you got such a good result in the naming part of the exam!! Let me know how the drawing part went, ne?

Nothing beats something hand drawn. There is just something more alive about drawing traditionally that a computer can't quite seem to capture...

And I'll have my marks for the drawing part of the test next Friday (hopefully) so we shall see how it went ^___^

Nyum-Nyum Squishyburger? lol

And I adore your art in Legends. Especially the one of Sanji in that book. So pretty. ^___^.

Had a very good friend who was insanely drawing obsessed and so I know how much work even 1 page can take from drawing the speech bubbles all the way to inking in the shadings. You Rock! ^___^

It is a lot of work, yes, but I enjoy it soo much that I don't really consider it work. This is my playing ^____^

Nyum-Nyum huh?
