So.....I think I'm in shock.

A friend of mine, who I've known for 10 years.....she hung herself Sunday. Her mother called and told me and invited me to the funeral.

She was pregnant when she died. The father is unknown to me or her mom.

I'm thinking of breaking right now. Shattering in to itty bitty pieces.

But instead I'm going to go to my desk and animate, and then paint. And then work on commissions and try anything to make sure I don't fall asleep. I do not want to see her in my dreams. I really don't.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Do you have any friends around who can give you a hug and a sympathetic ear? Your school should have a counsillor or someone you can talk to as well; burying yourself in your work and toughing it out might help for awhile, but talking helps too. I tried toughing it out and forgetting it with writing and work when I had my own Big Bad two years ago, and it just dragged it out for months instead.

Remember, you got people wishing you the best, right where you are and out in e-space. *hugs*
