So, I've been debating all week whether or not I should take Delmar to the convention with me. I was leaning towards leaving him behind (because there will be alot to carry and set up and such...) and then I made the mistake of looking at him and I swear he knew what I was thinking because he looked so sad and lonely that I sighed, picked him up and brought him into the studio where he sat and stared at me until I started sewing.

See, if two of my bunnies get costumes, he should as well. It's only fair right? And I did pick up that little straw hat for him...

But sadly I had no jean material to play with. . .




And yet, I still think he turned out rather nice. .



Dad complains that Delmar has a better couch then he does. He's right >_>;



It's good being the Captain. . .

You'll have to have seen some of the One Piece specials to know (hopefully) where his outfit came from and I know it's not the greatest, but it's all I have time for >_<; The pants and two shirts took me all morning and I had no pattern so....

Hopefully it's okay?

I'll have to make him a better costume for FanExpo in August. . .

I haven't seen any of the One Piece specials and still thought 'LUFFY' when I looked at him. Delmar looks sexy dressed up as a pirate. I can just imagine him dressed up in a yukata or something ^_^

XD It is INDEED good to be the captain- Delmar is getting some serious bunny sugar.

He looks fine. I like the rabbits better, because I'm very partial to cute and fuzzy, (and Luffy would never have that expression on his face X3) but I think you did a really good job making his costume. ^^

Yeah, Delmar is a little too serious to play the part, but he really wanted to be the captain and, well, he gets his way far too often ^^;
