Well, it's a school assignment but I kinda like and thus, I'm sharing. Basically we had to create a character and write up a little history for it that would help explain who that character is and make our teacher feel something about him.

Sadly this is very rushed (was drawn, coloured and written in three hours?) so it's not the greatest, but try to enjoy it anyways ^___^

And I had wanted to write more, but it's due tommorrow....er, today (it's 2am) and I'm still suffering from benadryl (had a minor allergic reaction is class. accident, not my fault) so yeah.

I sleep now.

And that in turn, fills me with joy ^___^

I've missed this.

Isn't he?

I kind of want to do a little kids book type thing with him >_>;

Oops! I forgot to mention. He reminds me a tiny bit of the fairies you see at the start Pan’s Labyrinth, before they transform into the more standard type of fairy.

He’d be great for a kid’s book! XD As long as he and the other flyer meet face to face at the end. (Me = Sucker for happy endings ^_~)

I still have to see that movie. . .

But I'm also a sucker for happy endings so they would meet in the end ^___^

That's so sad, at the end. And the picture is lovely.

I'm glad people have been able to understand the story. I wasn't sure if I was being clear enough or not.

Oh yes. I almost cried - maybe I'm just overly emotional lately. Poor bird, probably doesn't understand any more than the fairy does. but don't get me wrong, it was a good story and a good way to end, just sad.

Well, the teacher I had to write it for is a sap and a romantic and that is kind of what inspired me, so tears are a good thing here ^___^

Don't worry, their ending will be happy.

GAUUUUH DRAMATIC IRONY NOOOOOES

I hate it when things make me want to yell advice at the main character. Because I can't. D:

I know what you mean. I still yell, but it doesn't change anything >_>; Just makes me look silly. . .

*sparkles* I love how when you create something like a twig fairy, you still keep it looking like a twig. Puts all my anthropomorphized characters to shame XD. Love love love the leaf-colored (real leaves?!) wings and the story is so sad but good. ♥

From: [identity profile] luco-millian.livejournal.com
*grins* It's part of the challenge, asking ones self: can I make a twig look alive? And yes, those are real leaves that he has pruned into the form of wings.

I find it fun >_>;

Can you still draw? Hon, that's magic on the page. I love the twig's eye especially, how it matches the leaf shade and it has this little *glow* to it.

And the story... aww... sniffle, he fell in love with the egg-seed and didn't understand the hatching-bloom. Right now it feels like one of those old fashione sort of fairy-tales, ya know the ones that don't always end well and were a lesson to children about life. (but we of course all want a happy ending! *crosses fingers and chants that she believes in fairies, yes she does!*

Your belief in fairies will be rewarded because, most likely, there will be a happy ending ^___^

And th twigs eyes and leaves...I didn't plan for that glow (well I didn't plan much oef anything for this one) but I am so happy that they ended up with that light!

Aw, the story is so sad... poor little seed.
But considering the first thing I thought when I saw the picture was "he looks sad" I guess that was the point?

Very nice! ^_^

Yup! He's sad now, but one day he'll be happy!

*mouth drops open in awe* Wow that made want to cheer and ten cry and then cheer and cry again. It was very moving I think. The fairy is so adorable I wanna hug it but Id probably snap him so I'll leave him alone
^_^ I'm glad your drawing again since it makes you feel better! Hope things go up from here!

I'm glad I'm drawing again as well ^___^ But I feel bad about not being online to talk to you ;___; Please forgive me? And how is the re-write of your story going?

And I'm sure you'd be very gentle with the little twig ^__^

From: [identity profile] onikotsu.livejournal.com
It's okay afterall you have really good reason. Though are there anytimes you'll be on.(This includes super late as well because I'll be up) The re-write going really slow because an orginal story has come to be written so when that's done I'll get back to it. Thanks for asking!^_^

Love ya

Omg, I finally realized why I admire you so much! It's because despite drawing anime fanart and such, you're not sucked in to the style of it. You have complete control over your own style and enough imagination to break away from it to do your own thing.

Date: 2007-10-19 03:00 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] luco-millian.livejournal.com
*laughs* Now that is quite the compliment and one that makes me very happy! I'll admit, I rather enjoy doing more fantasy based art and I think even when I do anime stuff, you can kind of see a difference from other anime stuff...

But that could just be my wishful thinking >_>;
