The masked Animator!!
Mar. 4th, 2008 08:43 pmFinally figured out how to get through a whole class of life-drawing.
Wear a mask (like maile once said).
By doing so I can actually breathe and even though I have to take multiple breaks to cool down (and I look fairly odd), I can still do it. But I was so worried today about how my drawings would look (since I haven't been to life drawing in about 2 months due to health and yet, I was very pleasantly surprised. I got some fairly good drawings!
It also helps that we're working with drapery and anyone who knows my art knows I adore fabric...
And I'm curious, would you guys be interested in seeing my life-drawings? They range from 30 seconds to 10 minutes and this time we had a female. . .I'd have to take photos (but I'm doing that for mom anyways) so if you wanna see, let me know and I'll post them.
But, it's amazing how one little thing going right can really lift up one's mood!
