For all of yesterday and (so-far) all of today I have had no energy at all...
I've managed to somewhat clean my room, but that has been about it. I just lay here and do nothing but stare at walls. And it sucks, because I wanna work on your requests, I wanna draw other things, I wanna sew and do homework and dance and play, but I can't seem to get my body to understand that.
*sighs*
Any advice on how to kick-start one's self?

Date: 2008-03-22 09:38 pm (UTC)1) Go out. Fresh air is good, but even just getting out of your room will help. Walk around a little, preferably right outside but even travelling the underground maze or just going to the floor common room or something will work, if you can. A bit of light exercise is remarkably good at getting you going.
2) Find something interesting to look at -- whether that's people-watching or window-shopping or showing Delmar and Stray what snow looks like or whatever -- again, a change in scenery can really help.
3) Food is surprisingly helpful with restoring one's energy, honest. *grin* If there's an "out to eat" that you like (which need not be anything fancy or pricey, just not the usual grind) and you can afford it/get there, that might not be a bad idea. Even if not, do make sure to feed yourself; it's sort of important to put gas in the tank, nah?
4) Put on some dancy music. Better yet, if you have a walkman type thing, put some dancy music on that and then go out for that walk. :) (Uh, that reminds me... I have writing to do for you!)
5) Find someone to talk to -- a friend, classmate, someone online -- who will talk about light things and who can make you smile.
Hope you find some relief from the doldrums soon, hon!

Now imagine what everyone in his world would do and what he's thinking.
I don't know if that helped, it just usually works for me (Lucci looks stunning in a slinky red dress).
Other than that bouncy songs. Really hyper ones. I hope these ideas help.
