Yeah me!
So, stepped on the scale this morning and then blinked in shock.
I'm 199lbs. Which means I've lost 30 since January! And you can actually tell I have a waist and hips and just yeah! Still need to tone up alot (especially arms and shoulders) but everything doesn't seem quite so hopeless anymore.
