So, stepped on the scale this morning and then blinked in shock.

I'm 199lbs. Which means I've lost 30 since January! And you can actually tell I have a waist and hips and just yeah! Still need to tone up alot (especially arms and shoulders) but everything doesn't seem quite so hopeless anymore.

Just had to share that ^____^

When I was at school, I made it a point to go walking every day for about an hour. I drank a lot of water and taught myself that it was okay to eat. It took awhile, but I figured it out ^__^ And now that I'm in Toronto where it is not safe to go walking around, I play DDR for an hour instead...

Ah, I see, I see. We used to have DDR at work...I should ask what happened to it.
