Mermaid Finished!

So, I'm at my mother's place. Actually expected to be home yesterday, but my body decided it needed rest and forced me to take it...

So I am here till tomorrow.

Hopefully.

But! I finished colouring the linework I posted last and well, I am REALLY proud of this one and I don't say that often so i hope you guys like it!

Oh, wow, that's gorgeous. Love the use of light (those glowing fish actually seem to sparkle!) and the way it gets darker as you go deeper. Her eyes are a really neat touch and the correlation between her hair/fins and the seals' fins works so well.

And I thought the lineart was stunning. The glowing goldfish are beautiful and the way they affect the lighting is just... wow. And I just noticed that she had an ear it the fin thing on the side of her head. Her expression is just so peacefully content too, this picture makes me feel peaceful and floaty. I really love it!

Not only is the coloring gorgeous but the lens which you see the traditional mermaid and sea creatures with is amazing and very original.
