lucoSomehow managed to pour boiling hot soup down my shirt on Thursday and the burn is still painful today. Chest burns suck because everytime you breath it stretches the skin and I guess because the skin is so thin there everything underneath throbs as well.
So yeah.
Owww.....
But, in good news, Maile has been telling me that my art is doing well at Katsucon this weekend so, I'm going to pay for some belly-dancing lessons when that check comes in!! You guys gave me the last little nudge I needed.
Also, will have to delay Fran's costume till FanExpo simply because I wanna do a good job on it and if I aim for May, it will be rushed. And I am not getting in shape just to wear a rushed costume. This will be good dammit! So I'll be going as either Aika or Vyse from Skies of Arcadia instead ^___^ Simpler, cheaper and still some damn awesome Sky Pirates!
And now, back to work.....after I grab a new ice pack.

Date: 2011-02-21 06:07 pm (UTC)I remember making tomato sauce and putting it in the freezer and finding that 1) the same bags you use for putting up tomatoes aren't good for sauce and 2) when the back breaks and pours boiling tomato sauce on the front of your pants, it's hard to remember to move. However, I moved. And a burned belly is nasty like a burned chest must be. ;_;
