Blargh!

I had to go dress shopping yesterday.

....

Thankfully not for myself. It was for Megs, who is now going to Maid of Honour at the wedding of our good friend. ((thank god I'm not in another wedding party so soon although...Michelle, if you're reading this, I wouldn't mind being in one for you))

So, we spent over 5 hours going through dresses and taking pictures of ones we though would work so that they may be sent to the bride and she can choose. It was somewhat fun, I will admit. But...it was also depressing because Megs has a nice slender figure (( a little flat and hard angles, but still damn nice)) and she doesn't have to work for it. She's always had it. And here I am, working out and watching what I eat and fighting to get in better shape and I can just fit into a size 16 when she is easily a size 8.

...it's annoying.

But, we have different bodies and whenever my body decides to play nice and finally tone up I know I'll be perfectly content because I have curves!

Until then I'll be slightly growly and pouty and just need to be smacked upside the head ^^;

Oh! And you should probably see another sketch upload this evening as soon as mom leaves for work. Was suppose to happen yesterday but dresses happened. And if Megs sends it, I'll show you the pics of the one dress she forced me into at the end >>;

((it's actually kinds pretty on me and if I had the money I might have actually gotten it....))

But I'm getting there. I don't wanna be perfect but I'm aiming for comfortable this summer.

So technically you're as overweight as I am (I'm 5'7 and I'm 190) and yet you look much smaller.

You ARE photogenic - or you carry weight well. Some people are just meant to be bigger. You carry it with a natural grace.

[Shrug] Take it as you will but I've always thought you were super cute. And as a man with some extra, I know what a pain in the ass it can be to get it off and keep it off. Specially when down in the dumps.

Also, I demand pictures of Luco in pretty dresses.

I will take that as a compliment and will say that in return, a bit extra or not, you too are still lovely on the eyes and quite awesome!
