And now I can give you art!

So....was thinking, what would have happened if the Pirate King lived? How would the relationship between Gol D. Roger and Ace have changed?




I'm pretty sure his father would have adored him. Although, I think he might be a tad obsessive and possessive of both Ace and his Mother, but still, the stories that could come from this....

I would also like to state that Roger's hair seems capable of eating things...or being a good place to hide things >>;

Oh sure, give me MORE things that I want to draw....

I can see Roger hanging on to the title as long as possible just to annoy the two, even though he probably ends up with a soft spot for them.

And yes, when eventually death came for him, Ace would show dignity to the world and then break down later with Luffy there to catch him. Although, I don't think Ace would go after his father's title. I think after growing up with the Pirate King he would want something different, to take a new approach find a new dream...but that could just be me.

Haha! That's true. There will be all these near death experiences and when the boys are still young, they'd poke at Roger's unconscious body with sticks then try to steal is hat and fight over who gets to be the new King. And then Roger would wake up and smack them both upside the head.

As they get older, though, they would just stand solemnly over Roger's body and talk about what a great man he was...and then Roger would wake up and chase them down for being so quick to write him off.

ooooo, do you think they'd be like...the defenders of the Pirate King title? A pirate who wants to be Pirate King would have to face them off first and prove themselves worthy...or get the shit beat out of them and sent off XDD

OMG....I need to do a comic of that!!! Just a bunch of little short clips through the ages.

Hmmm, I can see Luffy ending up being the next Pirate King ((because it's Luffy and nothing will EVER stop him)) and Ace, he'd probably be the Knight/Defender ((if you want to TRY anything against my little brother I will so KICK YOUR ASS!!!)) and such while traveling and seeing the world for himself. Of course, if he thinks any of the contenders are kinda interesting...he'll let Luffy deal with them. Can't have that boy getting bored afterall.

*A* It would be super amazing if you did!! HAHA! Just watching them grow up and seeing how some things change and other things don't XDDDD

I can picture Ace letting Luffy take the title, but playing it off as if he's just letting Luffy hold onto it for a little while. And then that'll just confuse contenders, cuz then he'll either be like "Why are you fighting me? *I'm* not the Pirate King." or he'll turn it around and say, "You're chasing Luffy? Ha! You really think my little brother is the real Pirate King? -flash dangerous smile-"

...Luffy would probably be the same way XDDD
