The easiest most cop-out way would be for Ace to get into serious danger, Jack be in the middle of telling him off and then he kisses her to shut her up.

Thus far, Zoro has no had success in that direction... But I do not doubt Deuce, Deuce and Q could get him into a dress. (Red-haired Deuce does not discriminate between the genders and Q just likes to dress people up.)

I think... Ace having a moment of true jealousy would prompt action on his part. Because ever since he met Jack she's always been his right hand and aside from that shakey business where she was gonna leave if he fought Whitebeard... In one version wherein she leaves before Ace faces WB/Jinbei they actually sleep together beforehand with the promise that she'll come back once he's beaten WB and she has chilluns.

Oh, she insists that the D is purely hereditary and it'll be bad enough that her children will be Ds.

Well, my above comment made me think of this really complicated scenario...

(This is about a month after the WG announces that Jack is actually from the Jullian bloodline - a formerly very strong and influential family that has since fallen out of favor with the WG because they don't support things like, say, SLAVERY.)

Ace and Jack have a nasty fight right before making port, so Jack just jumps over and swims the rest of the way to the island while everyone else has to wait on the tide. The island is run similar to the Goa kingdom - with a terrible noble class that couldn't care less about the general public.

So Ace and the rest of the Spades start helping the citizens with a Coup d'etat, even though Jack still hasn't shown up. And then the duke of the island announces that he's going to marry a Jullian...

So Ace and Ten (the hearing fruit user) sneak into the guy's mansion to figure out what the hell is going on. (They don't storm in, since the fight was about Ace risking himself needlessly in situations that could get him captured)

And they find some mystery woman very heavily restrained and sedated, though gently so and in a very nice bedroom which confuses them. They sneak some more and find "Jack" talking to the duke, blah blah blah, they find out that the tied up woman has a devil fruit power to switch bodies with whomever she wants and just happens to be the duke's lover. Hence, using Jack's body to get the Duke more prestige and power. (Though, they spend a good deal of time talking about how ugly Jack is and how it'll be sooo painful to try and "make children" with that body.)

Ace wants to charge in and save Jack immediately, but Ten reminds him that that would mess up the citizens' coup that the Spades have been helping with for the last week and that they've been working on for years.

So the next night, there's a fancy dress party to "celebrate the engagement." And the Spades sans Ace all go to get an idea of what they're really up against. (Ace is too furious to attend.) And Deuce manages to slip Jack a fancy bracelet he made - only it has a seastone core, so it forces the evil woman out and Jack is back in control of her body. Then Ten uses his power to explain their plan to her without anyone noticing...

Only it means she has to stay and pretend to be the evil woman and that duke's fiancee for a few more days...

Well, Ace can't keep himself to himself, so he sneaks back into the mansion that night to see Jack and tell her about the plan himself.

Jack was notably upset that Ace was not at the party - once this information reached Ace...

Though I also couldn't decide on what happened once Ace got there. Like, did he catch her changing? Was she already asleep? He would have made sure no one else is in the room, but I doubt his courtesy would go past that.

And if he doesn't go... Well, lol, I have no idea what happens next XD

I think asleep would be the sweetest and I think seeing her vulnerable ((dressed like a noble, surrounded by silk and softness)) would really have an impact on Ace who has only ever known her as Pirate/fighter/badass.
