These are cute! I really need to watch this series at some point. I've heard nothing but good about it.
I've been getting back into drawing recently, and I was wondering if I could pick your brain for a second? I'm trying to figure out the best way to improve my anatomy, and I'm wondering what you found works best. Particular books, drawing from photographs, something else? Classes would probably be best, but that's not an option at the moment, so I'm trying to figure out good alternative. :D
This has, easily, the most amazing story I have ever read in my life! It is HIGHLY recommended ^____^
As for anatomy, my favourite book so far has been 'Classic Human Anatomy' by Valerie L. Winslow and a good way to get back in practice is to use Posemaniacs.com They are good reference and have a 30-second drawing tool that will help you get your gestures down. It's what I've been using right now because I need to practice more >>;
I've been getting lazy.
I'll see if I can find my notes from College since the teachers I had were amazing when it came to anatomy and I might have some useful stuff still around.
Oh! And go out to a mall or something and sketch people! It's much better then using photos ^___^
Oooh, tempting. Definitely tempting. There's just SO many episodes to catch up on. @_@
And thanks! I'll have to see if I can scrounge up that book, and I'll definitely take a look at the site.

That would be amazing if it wouldn't be too much trouble! I've always said that if I had unlimited funds I'd go to school for art just to help myself improve. Nothing that assignments, grades and deadlines to get you off your duff and actually working. :D
The mall thing isn't a bad idea! I never thought people-watching would be terribly good practice, since people don't really stand still for very long. It might help my speed if nothing else, because I often spend a good couple of hours fiddling with a sketch.
Thanks for the awesome suggestions! I appreciate it. ♥
I REQUEST SANJI BEING VICIOUSLY ATTACKED BY A FLOCK OF DUCKS. And/or blatantly disregarding a "please do not feed the ducks" sign, because IF THEY ARE HUNGRY SANJI WILL FEED THEM!!!!
