lucoYou know, right now, I don't believe what I've been told, so if you think I'm lying in the following post, I honestly don't blame you. But my mom was right when she said 'If something weird is going to happen, it's going to happen to you."
Let's begin:
Because, they are related and is the truly weird part of this post.
So, about a week after the bag incident, i was jumped by a guy with a knife who was luckily scared off my an older man who had seen me walking alone and made a point of making sure I was okay.
The guy who jumped me was finally arrested just the other day (and i have go to court) and the police told me that he's known me for 4 years. ever since I started going to Sheridan. And you know how? through the post office. It seems that he was the one who use to take my care of my mail while I was in first year and grew obsessed with me. And just for the record, yes, he is mentally unbalanced, but the police couldn't tell me what it was exactly.
It also seems the reason why my mail wasn't going anywhere was because after he took it from me, he kept it. The police showed me photos of 4 years worth of artwork and gifts, including original sketches and letters, that never made it to their intended homes. And a lot of the art was torn and destroyed. Supposedly the guy was mad that I was interacting with others.
He was the reason for my slashed bag and the new thin scars on my chest (very minor thankfully. So...)Why now did he attack now? Because he had seen me at both Anime North and FanExpo with my 'Zoro'-Bryce and grew angry and wanted to 'teach me a lesson'.
....
One classmate said I should send this to the writers for CSI and i kinda agree with her. I still can't quite believe it, but that's what I was told...
So, the good news is that now, I can finally re-mail everything and know that it is going to get there! the bad news for me is that it's going to cost about $90 to replace all the prints, notebooks and other things ;__; But, I have OSAP so I can manage.
Now on to other things.
So, one of the major assignments for the school year is our Action Analysis and I have the lovely 'side-step action. You have to make a 30 sec. story and animate the 5 seconds that revolve around the action and since I'm playing Disgaea 3 (which by the way might as well be it's own fanfiction because seriously, you don't have to go looking for the slash, it's tossed right at you all nicely packaged and ready to be molested! more about that game later in another post) the game has heavily influenced my style and idea. What I'm doing is having a little adventurer enter a cavern, where his navigator (a bunny-bag) points out this giant chest at the end of this long path. problem is, the path is filled with dangerous looking things. But our hero is determined to get the treasure and so runs the gauntlet of traps, barely making it through and collapses triumphant on the chest. It's at that point as he is rejoicing that his bunny friend pokes him and sheepishly points out that there was a staircase that led directly from where they started to the chest.
The hero is not amused.
And now you get to see the sketches for the 'Fun Pack' which is just basically your thoughts and ideas of anything that might be used in the film. Enjoy!

Okay, now moving on:
And I still adore how this picture is turning out ^____^ I'm so very proud of it!
And this last one....well my roommate took a bunch of pictures of me this evening after she did my make-up and played with my hair and such. But, while I was in the bathroom, having changed my shirt, i was going through the pictures and accidently took the following picture, which for some reason I really like. You can also see that the black hair didn't last long sadly. It was just a little too dark...
And I think that is everything for now....

Also - THE FINISHED COLORING IS BEAUTIFUL! *so mind-blown* for some reason, it's MORE amazing to me when I can see all that went into it. Probably because without that it's just magicked into being, and I don't really contemplate the "how" too hard, with this, I can really see all the work that goes in and spend more time considering each part of the image....man I'm talking a lot...
The animation stuff looks fantastic! I love the designs! Will we get to see the finished product as we did with merry? *best "pretty please" expression*

But Persona 3 is definately a game that people should give a chance! But make sure you get the FES version of it if at all possible.
And I agree about the earrings but they suited the other outfits I had on before and I just hadn't gotten around to taking them off, although that shirt is one of my favourites right now.

I love the sketches! They're so cute and it looks to be a good story. Though, it would kind of suck if after all of that, he opened up the treasure chest and there's either nothing in there or it's just a worthless piece of junk. lol And the PS3 pic is coming along nicely as well.

And all mail will eventually be mailed out, it just may take a little longer.

And the hair and makeup, I swear my roommate used magic or something to make it look like that >_>

The sketches are awesome. YAY CHARACTERS! My favorite is the little bunnything. And the coloring... it's neat to see it build up. It's really turning out awesome.
As for psychoman.... o.o Um. I'm so glad you're not seriously hurt. Good that it's resolved, and good I guess that the mail thing has been explained. On a mostly-unrelated note, my old roommate left behind fabric and yarn, some of which I'm using for cosplay, but I'll have a lot of plate-sized pieces leftover. One is this purple/green interference fabric, and there's at least a yard you can have (which is enough to make an underbust corset, plus boning and liner, etc). Do your boys need new clothes? There's yarn too, but I don't know if Delmar and Stray are sweater men.
